Jay is the President of JGM Properties Jim is our Accountant, Karen is our Office Manager, Stephanie is our Payables & Maintenance Manager, Randy is our Construction Manager, and Eli is in charge of Leasing and Marketing.
Over the last few months we at JGM Properties have worked to further streamline our systems to provide more timely and accurate service to our tenants. As you will experience, JGM is continuing to innovate using the latest technology and is motivated to find and implement better systems in our office. We strive to give the best personalized service to our tenants.
We at JGM Properties try to forge a close working relationship with each of our tenants. The following is a list of ways we show our thanks and appreciation.
JGM Properties has a number of season tickets to the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins, St Paul Saints, and Minnesota Wild; we also have seasonal tickets to the Renaissance Festival. All of which are available to our tenants and no cost…it’s simply a perk for leasing space with JGM.
In recognition of each tenant’s lease anniversary, gifts of flowers or gourmet food baskets are delivered to their office. Gifts may change from year to year.
Each summer the JGM Properties staff provides a “BBQ style” lunch for each one of our buildings. Burgers, brats, grilled chicked breasts, sides, chips, and beverages are served. This is a great time for our staff to meet you and for you to meet your neighbors in the building. We hope that tenants can get to know one another better and potentially create business synergy or a strategic alliance.
We also sponsor an annual golf tournament each year in June. Our goal is to raise money for the Wild Life Rehabilitation Clinic. We raise $50,000 annually on average to benefit the WRC.
