Brooklyn Center commercial real estate property owner JGM Properties announces the addition of tenant Hypnobabies to occupy Brooklyn Center office space.

Brooklyn Center commercial real estate owner JGM Properties recently signed a lease with Lindsay McCoy and Erica Gunderson of Hypnobabies to rent office space in JGM’s Brooklyn Center commercial real estate location.
Hypnobabies was founded by Kerry Tuschhoff when she watched a friend give birth to her first baby using no medication, no IV, no monitor, no episiotomy and no operative technology of any kind.
Hypnobabies is a very successful 6 week, 3-hours per week, complete childbirth education course that was adapted with permission from Gerald Kein’s “Painless Childbirth Program” techniques rather than using simple relaxation, breathing or guided imagery. This allows our Hypno-Moms to enjoy “eyes-open childbirth hypnosis,” easily remaining deeply in hypnosis while walking, talking and changing positions, being as mobile as they would like to be during childbirth. Hypnobabies is well-known for helping women to create much shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be.
When you think about pain management, most people think anesthesia. Hypo therapy has become very important for those with life threatening allergies to anesthesia, and has been very successful when used in place of the traditional medication. It became very clear to the founder that if you could use hypnosis during surgery or dental procedures, why not during childbirth?
“There are people who have healed themselves from ‘fatal’ diseases and even undergone major surgery with no medical anesthetics at all, simply by using hypnosis! Our minds are extremely powerful, and it benefits all of us to learn how they work, and how hypnosis can create desired results,” says Kerry Tuschhoff.
Lindsay McCoy of Hynobabies Twin Cities was so passionate about the program that she traveled to St. Louis to be trained by Kerry Tuschhoff the founder (over 50 hours) and became the first Hypnobabies instructor in the state of Minnesota and for a while was the only instructor in the Twin Cities metro area. After experiencing Hypnobabies herself with her 2nd birth, she just knew she had to bring this option to the Twin Cities. “I just had to bring this option to the Twin Cities so that other women could experience the power of a peaceful birth,” says Lindsay.
Since then, others have become instructors in the Twin Cities area like Erica Gunderson. Lindsay and Erica have decided to join together and rent space from JGM Properties in Brooklyn Center. This new partnership is a welcome and exciting venture in the area of Hypnobabies childbirth. Bringing this service to the Twin Cities has resulted in the phone ringing off the hook as the word is getting out about the incredible benefits of hypno-birthing.
The new space will be ready for HBTC, LLC to occupy on October 1, 2013. When asked about the overall experience, Erica and Lindsay said, “Eli was terrific, he listened to our needs and worked closely with us to come up with the right space at the right price.”
