    Excellent opportunity for Minnetonka office warehouse space for lease. The Encore Park area is a nice piece of land with a lot of potential. It is right in a convenient location with easy access and parking. I’m interested to see how this area continues to develop. Finding good warehouse space in Minnesota can be hit or miss, but this area really has the edge. In general, it is nice to see Minnesota commercial real estate is picking up. This is yet another indicator that good things are on the horizon. Thanks for continuing to provide these insights and updates into the situation!
