Calhoun Commercial acquired The 5810 Building at 5810 78th St. W in Bloomington, MN from Michael Development for $1.88 million, or about $105 per square foot.

The three-story, 18,000-square-foot office building delivered in 1981 in the I-494 Corridor submarket. The asset was 62 percent leased at the time of sale.

Kevin O’Neill and Steve Shepherd of Colliers International represented the seller.
