Chase Commercial Properties, a commercial development and investment firm, acquired a three-story office building and a single-story industrial building at 14101 Southcross Dr. W in Burnsville, MN from Republic Bank & Trust Company for $4.03 million, or about $40 per square foot.

The assets were delivered in 1996, comprising 100,555 square feet between two buildings. The assets were 84 percent leased at the time of sale.
