Cole MT Woodbury MN LLC acquired 10100 City Walk Dr. in Woodbury, MN from Anchor Associates for $3.3 million, or about $393 per square foot.

The single-story, 8,400-square-foot storefront building was constructed in 2012 in the Woodbury Retail submarket. It is occupied by Mattress Firm and AT&T.

The Marcus & Millichap team of Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble in Phoenix, AZ represented the seller.
