Massage Center, Donna’s Heavenly Massage, occupying an office space in the Century Office Park building, is now offering ion cleanse detoxification therapy, including aromatherapy at no extra charge.
Donna Boyd is a certified professional massage therapist, certified chair massage therapist and certified reflexologist, insured by the ABMP. Boyd specializes in stress relief through massage, which provides decreased anxiety, enhanced sleep quality, increased energy and improved concentration.
Massage can help specifically address a number of health issues such as easing medication dependence, lessen depression and anxiety, and improve range of motion.
“I truly believe in helping others to achieve their best health in a natural and spiritual way,” says founder Donna Boyd.
Boyd focuses on treating the core problems that create problematic symptoms. Boyd blends more than five modalities, including elements of Swedish and sports massage, to knead each guest’s muscles. These sessions result in a myriad of benefits, from relieving lower-back pain and lessening anxiety to improving circulation and joint flexibility.
Boyd also performs deep tissue massage, geriatric massage, myofascial massage, pre-natal massage and post-natal massage. All appointments are conducted in a warm, comfortable space made accompanied by soothing, gentle background music and optional aromatherapy at no extra charge.
Ion cleansing helps the body get rid of toxins though the feet. The cleanse removes heavy metal toxins, which are very difficult to rid from the body and have traditionally required more intensive therapies such as IV chelation. The ion cleanse is a noninvasive and gentle method of cleansing toxins.
“I want to keep my services open to everyone. Most of my clients follow my standard rate plan since I feel that I’m already quite affordable. Some clients pay less and some that actually pay more because they can afford it and they like to contribute to my ability to have low rates for those who need them,” says Boyd.
Donna’s Heavenly Massage also offers a client loyalty program, which cuts the price of individual appointments. Book once a month, pay $50 per hour, twice a month for $45 per hour, and every week for $40 per hour.
