Opitz Outlet, a Minnesota-based designer apparel, shoes, and accessories retailer, acquired a 74,328-square-foot industrial building in St. Louis Park, MN from Nelson Development for $3.9 million, or about $52 per square foot.

The Belt Line Seven building delivered in 1954 at 5300 35th St. West and totals 74,328 square feet. Opitz Outlet was leasing 24,000 square feet at the time of sale, according to CoStar information.
